Turning Critique into Creative Fuel.

 

Feedback is a powerful tool.  It can build trust, motivate and enhance team performance.  Mastering how to give effective feedback – and how to receive feedback with confidence – can be a game-changer for every creative professional.

 

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for mid-level and above creative professionals (Flow Level 2 and upwards), who want to strengthen their ability to give feedback with impact, sharpen their communication skills and build confidence in receiving feedback constructively.

Programme objectives – what you’ll take away

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Differentiate feedback from praise or criticism and use it as a tool for growth
  • Give constructive feedback on creative work with clarity, respect and purpose
  • Adapt your feedback style to different situations – senior-to-junior, peer-to-peer or junior-to-senior
  • Deliver and respond to performance-related feedback with professionalism and balance
  • Navigate challenging reactions while keeping the conversation productive
  • Receive feedback openly (from clients or colleagues or team), asking clarifying questions and managing emotional responses.

What you will Experience

This is a 3-hour hands-on, interactive online workshop. You’ll practice real scenarios through role plays, peer exchanges and live exercises, so you leave not just with theory but with tested techniques you can apply immediately.
