About the trainer
Hannah brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the tech sector, having held Director-level roles across SaaS, digital agencies, start-ups, and SMEs. Her career has spanned operations, software development, project delivery, and organisational leadership, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals and teams.
What sets Hannah apart is her unique combination of business leadership, professional coaching, and psychological insight. Transitioning from the tech and project management world into psychotherapy and coaching, she now specialises in creating empowering, psychologically safe learning environments that enable individuals to make meaningful and lasting change.
Hannah delivers both accredited and non-accredited training and coaching programmes that support leadership development, emotional intelligence, resilience, and performance. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to the needs of diverse learners, from emerging leaders to senior executives.
She is an EMCC Global EIA Practitioner-Level Coach, holds a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, and is currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology, and certifications in Train the Trainer and Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies.
