What you will Experience
Participants throughout this workshop will engage in a dynamic and interactive learning experience aimed at developing their facilitation skills in a design context. This workshop covers key concepts, distinctions from other styles, and the essential skills and attributes of effective facilitators.
From intervention design and preparation to conducting a facilitated session, this workshop provides a holistic approach to mastering facilitation in a design context. Participants will learn to contract with owners/customers, define expected outcomes, develop focus questions, and identify the ideal facilitation methodology for various situations.
Through hands-on sessions, attendees will actively engage in facilitating meetings and workshops, receiving constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
