John Milligan is a Dublin-based Senior Associate Solicitor with Mason Hayes & Curran LLP. In that role, John represents a wide range of clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including trade mark protection, passing off, design rights, copyright, patent infringement and revocation and database rights. In particular, he advises multinational companies on trade mark strategies and brand protection issues and manages international trade mark and design portfolios for large multinational companies including Monster Energy Company, Boyne Valley Group and the Football Association of Ireland to name a few.
John Milligan is an Irish Registered Trade Mark Agent and a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney. I am also a Committee member of the European Communities Trademarks Association (ECTA) Design Committee.
