As a designer, you already know about human behaviour; think of ‘desire lines’, for example, or removing friction.
The same principles apply to email and phone communication – there are habits and tips and tricks you can leverage to optimise your likelihood of success in achieving the outcome you want – whether it’s for someone to get back to you promptly, to give you the information that you need or to simply make the interaction easier.

About the trainer
Ciara is a Career and Leadership Coach who is passionate about supporting people to navigate the tricky world of work. She has two decades of experience working in global top-tier organisations including Google, Microsoft, UCD and Fidelity Investments. Her corporate background is mainly in the areas of training, talent acquisition, and leadership where she thrived on providing excellent outcomes for her teams and stakeholders. Ciara is a lifelong learner and holds a BA in Information and Communication Technology, a Master Sci in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and Diplomas in Innovation, Coaching & CBT.
