In today’s fast-paced world pressure is inevitable. Resilience for Creatives is a dynamic, discussion-led workshop designed to help you build and maintain your resilience, shift your mindset and thrive in your creative career.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for designers, creatives, managers and studio leaders who want to build resilience, maintain balance under pressure and unlock their full potential in demanding environments.
Programme Objectives and What You Will Take Away
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand what resilience really is and how to measure it
- Differentiate between “good stress” and “bad stress” – and use stress positively
- Explore the impact of micro stressors and the “Badge of Busyness”
- Learn to shift mindsets that limit creativity and energy
- Appreciate the role of feedback, its importance and impact
- Learn how relationships can support resilience
- Identify some mechanism for developing their resilience
What you will Experience
Expect an engaging, participative workshop where you’ll join discussions on mindset, emotions and feedback, while also exploring real-life challenges in a safe and supportive space.
As part of the pre-work, participants will be invited to complete the Resilience Engine self-assessment and reflect on their results. These reflections are for personal use only and will not be shared with others.
Walk away with practical tools, resources and your own action plan to keep resilience alive long after the session.

About the trainer
Anne Hennessy is the owner and director of Vitae Consulting, as a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in her field. Anne is passionate about the training and development of individuals using psychological tools and theories to maximise each individuals potential. She works on an associate basis for The Myers Briggs Company and is part of their European faculty training individuals in various psychometric tools. She is one of a small number of Psychologists in Ireland trained to deliver Certification Programmes in Bar-On’s Emotional Intelligence Tool (Bar-On EQ-i).
Anne also lectures in University College Cork with the Department of Applied Psychology on both undergraduate and post graduate course. She is the course director of the Irish Management Institutes (IMI) Diploma in Leadership and provides coaching supervision and training on the IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching Course.
