Conor Normile is a design and product leader currently exploring how AI is shaping the future of user experiences and products.
Most recently he was Director of Product at the UX Design Institute, recognised globally as a
leader in UX education. At the UX Design Institute, Conor led a product team responsible for
developing and delivering a portfolio of in-depth study programmes in UX design and product design.
Prior to the UX Design Institute, Conor spent 15 years as a UX strategist and designer, developing compelling user experiences for diverse clients including Salesforce, Google, Allianz, Zurich and Goodyear. Conor is a strong believer in the power of user empathy to drive tangible business outcomes.

A Venture Strategy Consultant based in Amsterdam, Riccardo has been mentoring with UX Tree since February 2024. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his 9 years at SAP as a UX Design Product Expert and his 3 years at Lightspeed as VP in Customer Experience Design.
