Work Smarter (Not Harder!) is a practical, discussion-led workshop designed to help creatives manage time in a way that supports focus, flow and better work.
This workshop will help you cut through overwhelm, prioritize and create the conditions for focus and creative flow avoiding burning out or losing your creative energy.

This workshop is for designers and creatives at any stage of their career who want to work more effectively and feel more in control of their time.
Programme Objectives and What You Will Take Away
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand how they currently manage their time and what challenges they are facing
- Learn creative-friendly tools and techniques for managing focus and energy
- Explore the concept of “flow” and how to create the conditions for it
- Practise simple prioritisation methods they can use immediately
- Identify strategies that adapt as roles and careers evolve
